How to Return Items
If you wish to return an item you purchased, please contact us via email contact@fpaofficial.com . We will reply within 1-2 business days. After receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, unused, clean, tidy, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.

How do I return an order？

Please contact us at contact@fpaofficial.com with your order number and the email address used for the order. - Tell us which item(s) you would like to return
In your email, please include the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or another solution if applicable. - Wait for return instructions
Once your request is reviewed, we will reply by email with the return instructions and the return address if your return is approved.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. - Ship your return
After receiving our return instructions, please securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method if possible. - Keep proof of return shipment
Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been processed, as the responsibility for the return shipment remains with you until it arrives.
Is there any return cost？
FPA stores do not cover your return shipping costs. Your refund will only include the price of the item, not the original shipping cost.
When filling out customs documents, we recommend describing the item as a "personal return." Please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply. Any additional costs incurred in receiving the returned package will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a product defect).
Can I return items bought at a retailer?
The exchange and return policy are up to the individual retailer. We do not handle returns of products purchased from one of our retailers.
Exchange
How do I exchange an item?
A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.
